Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for purchases made through our store unless required by applicable law.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions:

We may provide a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following situations:

• The purchased file is corrupted or inaccessible.
• The customer receives the wrong digital product.
• A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.
• A technical issue on our side prevents access to the product.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind.
• Accidental purchases made by the customer.
• Failure to read the product description before purchase.
• Lack of compatibility with software not listed in the product requirements.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences after downloading the product.

if refund request is approved:

Once an eligible refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
